Where to pick up a collection calendar

City Hall

• Location: Main floor rotunda, 453 W 12th Ave
• Hours of operation: 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (except holidays)

Engineering Services

• Location: 5th floor, 507 W Broadway
• Hours of operation: 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday (except holidays)
• Directions: Get directions External website, opens in new tab

1. Search for your address in the calendar
2. Scroll down and select “Get a reminder!” 
3. Choose the type of reminder (email, phone call, or push notification)
4. Pick the day and time you want to be notified (same day or day before)
5. Select “Sign me up!”

1. Download the VanCollect app
2. Open the app and enter your address
3. Select “More” (3 dots) 
4. Select “Notifications”
5. Turn notifications on by selecting “Yes”
6. Select a time and day you want to be notified
